Just a heads up, narrow roads can be tricky for bigger cars.

Don’t miss the hearty breakfast spread—especially the Cumberland sausage! Hiking Catbells right from the doorstep was a bonus.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved having easy access to fantastic running routes right from the door. The breakfast was super tasty. There’s a lovely communal lounge with a cozy wood-burning stove, and the beautiful garden is perfect for relaxing after a long day outdoors. The only surprise was no TV in the room, but it didn’t bother us at all! 😊
